My son loves Boss. But it's not at all cheaper being a designer outlet store. Even when things are on offer, its still really expensive. He only buys things on the odd occasion from here. Don't buy wool items from here. My son bought a sweater from here, he loved it. I washed it as given on the instructions, and it still shrunk to nothing. My son was so upset it cost him a fortune, I felt guilty. But I'd washed it, so felt they wouldnt believe I'd followed instructions. It's not the first time this has happened according to other boss customers. Just don't buy the wool items. Too expensive to ruin with just one wash.

Good stuff at decent prices

Clothes are nice, not sure they are much cheaper. One lovely lady served us, who was maybe polish, she turned it around for us as there were 2 very rude young girls who were staff who had no idea how to work as 'customer service assistants', stood idolily as we needed help even though we tried to ask wanted to chat amongst themselves rather than help.

I've not shopped at this store before and went in to purchase a suit. The chap I dealt with was extremely helpful (I didn't get his name but he had dark hair, a beard & glasses). Nothing was too much trouble & he obviously knew the brand & material, fit, etc. of their ranges. He showed me several alternatived of varying price ranges and went to find my size in a charcoal coloured suit which I bought. I would recommend the store and the staff seem like "normal", helpful peopke and not haughty at all.
