Well I gave this pharmacy 5 stars eight months ago for their quick response during Lockdown for prescriptions but I am sorry to say that I could not say the same about their counter staff. Why do Boots keep changing their assistants. Last time I was in they allowed 2 customers in at the same time now it is 1. I had to take an urgent prescription to the branch last Friday. After going away for 10 mins while they processed it I returned and there was one person inside and it appeared the assistant was filling in a form and asking them questions. The rain was pouring down and it was a howling cold wind. Two customers came behind me but left after 5 mins. I waited 15 mins in that awful weather, I had no choice I needed the prescription. It was Friday night and I missed 2 buses. So I opened the door and asked how much longer they would take, about 5 mins. When I got in I asked why she was filling in a form and I had to wait outside, ;Her surly response was that she was doing a consultation. She could not care less. Well in future I will be going next door to Lloyds and not wasting my time in Boots who obviously are not interested in good service.

Greedy staff. I was served by a young blonde woman who persisted for me to sign up for some sort of boots program as well as to rate her hospitality on their website despite telling her that I am in a rush.
