After a nightmare experience with specsavers I lost all faith in optritions. But boots in Nailsea did me proud. Extremely expert sight test and absolutely no pushy sales scams. Got 2 separate sets that are brilliant. And unlike specsavers they are still in one piece after a few weeks. So I highly recommend boots of Nailsea.

I have been coming here for around 15 years now and could not recommend it enough. The staff are kind, reliable and efficient and just lovely. The space is clean and tidy and I always feel welcome. I’ve been getting contact lenses from here for several years and have never been anything but completely satisfied by everything. Thank you Boots Opticians for being amazing!

We have received the most professional customer service from Richard at Boots Nailsea for many years, my daughter is 17 and has been seeing Richard since she was 3 years old. She was very shy in the opticians rooms & Richard was always 10 steps ahead knowing how to help Ellie, she didn’t like being in closed hot rooms so he always accommodated her needs. Over the years my daughter built up a huge trust & confidence in Richard, his at ease approach, relaxed but professional mannerism would completely put her at ease. I would like to thank Richard for his latest patience helping my daughter to fit contact lenses, she has dreamt of this day for ages, she has been in several times to attempt to put contact lenses in but the latest visit she managed with the professional help & patience of your best Customer Service Advisor Richard. He is an absolute asset to Boots the Opticians & could not imagine the premises operating the same without him.

New review 15th Feb 2021. Annual check up very thorough, out back in two different rooms, Covid precautions EXCELLENT everything wiped down before and after. Good advice given slight problem with eyes picked up must contact my GP. Then out front with Jenna who has not dealt with me for over a year but still remembered my name. With her help picked out new glasses x2. Good value, great service, and very helpful/pleasant staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. NOVEMBER 2O19.Great professional service, three pairs of new glasses for under £200 with generous discounts. Same young lady, Jenna dealt with me on my visits and she rang me at my home when they were ready. She knew my name and was very good at explaining how l could get the maximum savings. As a pensioner this was a great help to me. GREAT SERVICE, GOOD VALUE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
