The reception staff are fast to respond and really helpful. I was able to book in an appointment with a nurse quickly and they have an easy to follow social distancing system at the centre. Nurse Emma Reid was absolutely fantastic - she made me feel comfortable throughout my test and was so knowledgable when it came to my countless questions on women's health. This is definitely the best clinic I've been to in the UK since I moved here (some of the others are awful!). I feel like I'm in safe hands having successfully registered.

I've only been with the surgery a short period of time after leaving one not so far away after a string of bad experiences. But the difference is night and day. It's a breath of fresh air to actually talk to someone who is nice and answers the phone in under 20 minutes without an attitude problem, and actually get an appointment within 2 weeks. If you want the same treatment? Join you wont regret it.

The most efficient and friendly surgery I've ever been signed up to. Staff is lovely and helpful, appointments (in my experience) have been arranged quickly and I have been helped a lot by the nurses and GPs here.
