Very nice and big temporary Studio flat. Clean and friendly staff 🙂 could do with a bigger fridge freezer and a cooker as well as wardrobe space. Blind could be fixed to allow more light in. Otherwise than that ok.

3/ 5

Reasonable rates, decent location if you don't need to get to central London quickly. Getting to/from the airport is a breeze and you can get in and out of London via bus/Tube pretty easily. I could have gotten to everywhere I needed to be without the need for a car. The room itself was nice and clean. I could have used slightly more space for my clothing, had I not been traveling alone I think we would have ran out of space. The kitchenette is nice, but a larger refrigerator would have been appreciated. Overall I had plenty of living space for the two weeks I was in town.

The receptionist is not at all friendly. They are telling me the rules of apartment after 3 weeks that they dont swipe travel cards. They need some basic skills to deal with customers. I will not at all recommend this place to anyone.
