Like most people I have had some pretty negative experiences with estate agents, but I am very happy to say that Ellis & Co are nothing like the stereotype. Fantastic service, very reasonable fees, always like to go above and beyond for their customers. Just this week I needed a washing machine and Darius sorted it all for me just like that! Even fitted the delivery around my schedule. Very grateful for the excellent service.

I was a tenant for one year with Ellis and Co and I was quite unhappy with the level of service I received from them. First of all, they charged me a holding deposit of £360 pounds that they never returned to me. I am very happy the Tenant Fees Act is now in place to avoid such extortionate fees. The flat had multiple issues, but Ellis and Co was very slow to address them, and about half of these issues were still unresolved when I left one year later. When I asked them whether this is a managed tenancy, they said it wasn't, although clearly they were collecting the rent and organising the repairs. They clearly didn't want to take responsibility for anything. When it was time for me to leave, they were arranging visits for potential tenants without informing us in advance. They would sometimes turn up in the middle of the day or in the evening with a batch of two or three potential tenants, leaving me very little time to change and do a bit of tidying up and cleaning. The staff is friendly, but this just masks carelessness and lack of professionalism. I definitely not recommend them, and if you are a tenant you might want to search for a different letting agent. You have been warned.

Our family was served by a Junior sales and lettings negotiator called Dillon from Wembley branch. His customer service was very good. He was very professional and friendly. We saw powerful positivity in his customer service. He let us view the house in very relaxed way, he was was not hurrying us at all. Unfortunately, we could not make an offer on the house he showed us. However, he was very positive about my rejection too, he was willing to show other houses that we could like in future. I signed terms to sell my home with this company after a very good discussion with Ravi who gave me just the right information and how they operate. They were very proactive in selling my property with my neighbours even getting leaflets of the property as well as some really fancy art work done. They had it under offer within 4 weeks.
