Review amended as they apparently do offer ear syringing, which is great, will try booking ASAP. But I am frustrated how I was told something different on the day... (Used to be really handy going here for my ear to be syringed, a procedure no longer done. When I last saw a GP they recommended it as 'eardrops just don't work' guess what they now recommend, 'here, some handy eardrops' or go private. I'm in fine health and don't need the NHS much but suffer from ear wax issues so not helpful! Unless it can be treated by pills, don't bother!) Good opening hours and lots of parking.

Reception staff are nice and polite and allways see to you as quick as possible..How ever I was very angry and upset that EVERYTHING that I discussed with one of the mental health workers was typed up and posted to me at my address which does not have private letter box..Any number of different people could of opend this VERY sensitive and PRIVATE letter and read personal details about me..If I had been asked if it was ok to post this letter,I would of politely asked him not to,as it would destroy me if someone else had read this letter with all of its personal information..But like iv already said, the reception staff are great..Thankyou..

Rude lady at reception 2nd Nov 1025am. No need to talk to people like idiots when they're new to the area and aren't aware that her reception desk doesn't serve fishponds family practice patients. It's in the same waiting room, no wonder people would make the mistake!

No hygiene measures when it comes to blood tests. Same gloves used to treat patients and to touch surfaces. The nurse also left me with my arm covered in blood in such a messy state. Last month another nurse failed to find my vein after 3 attempts where the vein was actually fine and visible. If you cant train your staff properly, just ensure they are not allowed to have patients! We are here to be taken care of, not to be treated like animals.

Receptionist are rude and not a care about the problems will text you 5 times not to forget your appointment but will happily cancel an hour before and not an ounce of care. Changing practice now fed up off 30 min wait just to be told its a 2 month wait. No wonder hospitals are always full when surgery's like this are still about. Pathetic
