Been here on quite a few occasions. Have always found their products to be of high quality. I was walking passed, looked in the window and saw a watch which took my eye. Went in and because of the knowledge the assistant I was tempted. Had a quick walk round and went back and bought it, this was mainly due to the service and advice from Hannah L. Went in store for a watch fitting, staff were polite and extremely professional. Gave me good knowledgeable advice. Took my watch and had it sorted quickly and efficiently. As a customer Aaron really stood out to me. He was extremely professional, well presented and had a very good manner. When I get good customer service, I always make a point of giving it the recognition it deserves. I will continue to use beaverbrooks for products in the future based on the quality of customer service I received today. 5* 10/10 Thanks.

Would like to share a wonderful experience at this Liverpool store with my elderly disabled relative. The store assistant Aaron was so polite, very helpful and not pushy, took time with her selection of purchase, very impressed with him, thank you for making her feel special
