Bought a couple of watches online but brought them to the store to be sized up for correct fitment. Staff have been great on my visits. Not a problem with staff but more computer system. Wanted to purchase a watch from store but didn't want display model, was told they could order one in for me but it would take 8 days to arrive, or pay £15.00 and have it the next day. Ended up leaving it.

Staff wonderful, took the time to go through a variety of rings and were patience with a custom order.

Extremely disappointing! Went to collect our wedding rings, but they couldn't find my fiances and mine hasn't been resized like we agreed, plus no one even contacted us to let us know. There's only just over 8 weeks to go to our wedding and now I'm stressed. Ruined our day.

In-Store service is fine...but try dealing with their customer service on the phones...its absolutely abysmal...they lie time after time and expect you to wait indefinitely for wedding rings to be delivered. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. My advice is read reviews carefully before you visit Ernest Jones.

Wandered L1 looking for jewellery stores. Went in a handful of them and my last was Ernest Jones. Elderly guy greeted us, he had charisma and confidence. He was attentive and talked through details about wedding rings. Most importantly he didn't hesitate to letting us try on a few. This was very different to Goldsmiths. It's a shame because on this occasion I gave Ernest Jones my money on the basis of the customer service. And I'm happy to say I pick my wedding ring up in a couple of weeks, hopefully from the same guy who gave me such good customer service

Do not bother trying to get your watch repaired here. They have had mine for 6+ weeks now, it's a simple bracelet repair and I have provided the links. No communication, and when I called to express my concern, Jenny clearly could not be less bothered. Very disappointing.

Visited here in October with my partner to look for engagement rings. Ollie helped us. I tried on every ring in the shop I think. Ollie was lovely, patient and extremely helpful. My partner proposed at Christmas with a gorgeous ring. It was purchased from Ernest Jones but online due to lockdown. Will definitely go back to Ollie soon to buy our wedding rings!
