Wanted to buy a Cinderella figure that was displayed in the window and they wanted to charge me £50 for the one on display. When I said no and asked for a new one, the girl serving me said they only sell the display models. Sorry H Samuel, but if I want to buy a figurine, then please give me a non display, brand new in the box one please

Went into Hsamuel today Debbie one of the lovely staff members assisted me and helped me try on some rings. She was very welcoming. The shop was very nice and clean. I did purchase a lovely ring and got insurance too as she explained to me all the benefits that came with it. Can't wait to get my new ring. Thank you Debbie for all your help today I left with such a big smile on my face 🤩

Excellent experience, staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Visited today and had my first ear piercing, was a bit nervous, staff were welcoming, and friendly, many thanks to Emily for explaining everything and make it sound easy, I'd definitely recommend the store
