Friendly, non pushy and knowledgeable approach to selling cars. This is our kind of car shopping. We were met by Nathan C who couldn't have been more helpful. Everything about the car we were interested in was explained to us, and features useful to us pointed out. We went for a mild hybrid Swift, which is proving to be a super car to drive. From first meeting us to completing the deal and beyond Nathan has been most helpful, and looked after us with plenty of refreshments. Having just bought a Suzuki Across from the York dealership, I wanted to post a very positive review not only of the car itself (why didn't I do this earlier?) but also of the staff within the dealership. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My sales advisor was Mark Howden who was a highly personable guy who made every effort to make my buying experience a pleasant and enjoyable experience. As for the car itself, so far I am delighted with the comfort, equipment levels, performance, looks and most importantly the running costs. 47 miles on electric charge is outstanding.

I would like to share the experience I received from Nathan Carpenter who works for Batchelors Suzuki York. The car was purchased over the telephone from Dundee, Scotland and we drove the 4/5 hrs drive to a lovely Hotel booked and paid for by the garage. This was very nice and so kind of the garage to do this we had a good nights sleep and met Nathan who was very nice, pleasant and had everything sorted for us to exchange cars, we spent 5 days in York which was lovely and had a great time and it was definitely worth the drive, thank you Nathan, Ian and all staff at Batchelors Suzuki York for such a lovely experience, Allan & Irene Wilson

Where to start? Well from the first email about the car, to the day i drove off with the vehicle!! Absolutely A* service throughout! Nathan Carpenter! The man was fantastic! Such a well mannered young chap, new to the role but you wouldn't know it. Was happy to help being his first customer with a part ex sale involved. There was no pushing, not trying to bump up to a different model. He knew we had come from 3 hours away and knew which vehicle i was interested in and that's all we focused on. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a newer car. Will be back in the future for sure, purely based on the experience alone! All the sales staff know it's all about the customer experience rather than pushing the sales and that gives for a well relaxed and enjoyable experience from the moment you step foot on the premises!
