I was about 3-7 times in the gym after they reopened, jacuzzi worked only 2 times, today somebody asked the responsible guy for jacuzzi why it doesn't work, he said I dont know and turn off, not professional. one of the cleaners came today to me took his mask off and told me to wear mask in the gym between exercises, which makes impossible to train as You cant rest properly, poor communication. I went to reception to said that I want to cancel my contract, she said: yes ok here You an email, write there that You want to cancel contract, she didn't ask me why I want to cancel why i'm not happy, so I just left my bracelet and left, poor quality. Also You cant contact in person because of COVID-19, You cant call, because...., You can only write an email, and they have only 1 admin and it will take 7 days to reply to my email, so our conversation will go for ages as I can imagine now, poor quality, not professional, poor communication. One more thing, if You would see how the workers clean equipments hahaha. Obviously gym not ready to be opened, very poor quality. Todays is 14th of August Just updating... Couple days ago somebody contact me and ask my number to call me, but I have been told that no phone conversation. anyway the person confirm that he will call me today at 15:00.... still waiting, how long would You wait for the call? 20 minutes gone already. This is another prove that professionalism on very low level :( Today is 17th of August Another update... So the person rang me 17:45 last Friday and we rearrange phone call for today 18:00, lets see if he will call me... He rang me!!!!! just a bit late but not problem, so he asked me same thing what i emailed him last week, and he said that I cant promise that he could cancel my contract, how that works? Last update: My contract was canceled on 21th of August. Thank You. Case closed.
