I could not use jacuzzi as it was full of big men. I did not feel comfortable going in there with them and they never got out. They sat in there for over an hour with no consideration for anyone else.

Friendly staff who are also helpful, it's a busy little place! The aqua classes need to be spread equally so people at work can attend too. Maybe you could arrange an aqua class in the evening, the two classes running in the daytime are very popular. I agree with a previous review that the whole area could be kept more cleaner as you do charge a premium.

Why has the boiler broke again? This is awful especially after we have waited so long. I truly believe the boiler should have been tested before hand to rectified any issues. So so angry with youfit is this place run professionally... No!!! They should be in our shoes and pay full membership they may get things sorted. I am going to see how it goes as I feel doubtful that the staff especially the manager should be pushing for the members.
