Babington Hospital derby

Had blood taken today. This experience does not bother me at all. However for anyone suffering with anxiety about their health or having blood taken, it would not have been nice. Very abrupt attitude from the staff and carrying on with their own personal conversation. Also would someone please tell me why it is that since I have retired I have been treated as though I must be stupid and that I want to be addressed as "sweetie", "dear" or "darling". I do not know you please don't presume I wish you to address me in this way -I have a name, you have it on the form you are using, please use that and show respect.

Small cottage style hospital. Local and convenient to my home. Staff team have all been great.

What a great community asset this place is.

A well laid out and easy to navigate hospital with clear signage and ample parking spaces, the staff here go out of their way to make you feel at ease. I recently attended for a routine blood test and found the whole experience not in the least stressful.

Had my Covid 19 vaccination here. Everything was so well organised. All the volunteers were polite and friendly. Everything was completed from start to finish in 30 minutes which included the 15 minutes wait after the jab. 👍
