This was my first visit and after reading other reviews I was a little nervous but I couldn't have been more wrong. Dr Singh was lovely. She was empathetic, caring, thorough and totally professional. I would be very pleased if I could see this doctor every time I needed one. The reception staff were also very helpful, over and above. A great practice, better than mine.

Doctors surgery where the doctors don't care about there patience.if you want a appointment you got to wait a week even if your on deaths door no duty of care tell u to ring up for appointment. And when you do there is no appointments to offer you at all.say ring up at 11am in the morning and they can give you a point mentioned this is not so .even the doctors refuse to see you for two minutes can understand why so many people go to hospital a +e .has doctors don't care and haven got the time to see u and this is on going .no appointments end up in hospital via ambulance if you live that long doctors need a pay reduction at this surgery has they ain't got any compassion for patience and no duty of care via staff or doctors wouldn't register to this surgery to anybody or recommend. Doctors tell u it's important to make appointment to see you then they can't even give you a appointment. No patient confidentiality.receptionist. has access to your personal information. What happen to patient confidentially. By the time you get to see a doctor you could be deceased.

Very poor services. Hardly ever answer the phone. Doctors seem to rather want to only guess your symptoms instead of letting you speak and then give you prescriptions for their assumptions and you have to keep going back because nothings been resolved and they wonder why. They say call at 8am for appointments when you do they have none so call the next day or say call at 11am and when you do they say call at 8am...

Ive been a patient at this surgery since i was a small boy. I am sad to say that the way its run now compared to how it was is disgusting. service is terrible receptionists are rude short and think they are doctors demanding to know what the problem is. (if i could give 0 stars i would have) I was once told i wont get an appointment if i dont tell her what the problem was, it was personal i said and was only given an appointment when i threatened to take further action and she slammed phone down on me. Its sad that this surgerys service has hit such a decline there are a few good staff members there and thats why i stay, i hope things improve, we cant blame covid for everything and i feel the doctors should be more readily available for face to face appointments which they are paid to do.this review is not to name and shame but hopefully kickstart an improvement.
