Customer Service is excellent in this store I purchased a white chest of draws specified that I'd like them full assembled and preferred different handles to the one on display. They were delivered free of charge, fully assembled and my preferred handles also free of charge. I was also impressed with the company's own delivery drivers and the quality and good value of the product. Thank you for the impressive service I received.

Travelled from Somerset, must say well worth the travel! A vast range of furniture from nearly all of the ‘names’ with lots and lots of examples on the shop floor. Very friendly and helpful staff plus if you want a snack the cafe is very clean and smart and really good value.

Good quality items on whatever you buy. Staff very very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. However furniture etc does take a long time from ordering to delivery. I assume majority of items are sourced from abroad, hence delays due to bespoke manufacture and transportation.
