They are not even serious with their business. They don’t have any routine and they never open on time. One girl, I think the owner’s daughter, she is good, she does the job. But they have other girls working, and they don’t know how to do their job properly.

Very unprofessional attitude.Given appointment for a time and later changed it to an hour late.Had to travel from a far place and after an hour msgd to reschedule it.Waste of time and resources.Pathetic service and no appologies for wasting a day.Many better around with good customer service and better prices.Avoid at all cost.

Very poor experience while speaking to a staff member on phone today, very dismissive, not interested in answering any questions and failed to follow up on what she said she would. She said someone would call me to arrange an appointment. Waited all day, happy to take my money to somewhere more deserving. Terrible service, would not recommend in any way

Not very happy with the waxing I received, the girl was lovely and friendly but I currently have bruises and red patches on my legs and even skin peeling off from the waxing which I've not experienced before... it looks like I've been battered... going on holiday and not really keen to get my legs out whilst they look like this....
