Argana Hamam – manchester

I have been calling this place over the last few days and no one answers the phone. We wanted to get a gift voucher for a friend for her birthday. Not even sure they do them but we can't even ask?!

My aunty recommended this place and I honestly believe it to be one of the best experiences I have had. At first I was a bit reluctant to go because I was not too comfortable with exposing my body but within 5 minutes of doing so I felt totally comfortable. All the ladies were super friendly and I walked out feeling refreshed and relaxed. I will definitely be going again!! I 100% recommend this place to anyone who is considering going.

This is a very authentic experience, it feels like a little part of Morocco in Manchester. I love how private it is; the scrub and massage are both very good and relaxing. There is only one small issue that the place doesn't quite feel "finished" - the reception area looked like it was still being refurbished, and the wall in the the steam room has a vinyl covering. If they spend some time completing the venue then it would be perfect.

Basically read all the 1 star reviews and you'll understand why. ZERO customer service. Basic communication skills lacking. I never got to the stage of coming in for a treatment as it proved too difficult to even arrange this due to no responses. I tried to book for a visit a month in advance. Yet when the approaching booked date arrived I expected a confirmation of some sort. Nothing. I contacted them myself to ask if my booking is confirmed and when I eventually got a response it seemed like they never penciled me in when I made the effort to contact them a month before! Anyway, she never confirmed properly on the eventually responded text that she can book me so I replied further to say I'm no longer interested as no proper text and call returned is enough for me to decide they 100% lack customer service and I would never want to visit a place of this sort. I'm glad I actually never did as by the looks of the reviews this place lacks not just customer service but manners and hygiene (!) ... And see the response from the owner... Do you know what I mean now? No comment.

We had such an amazing experience. The treatment was phenomenal and the staff were really nice. Highly recommended!

What's that saying???? Never judge a book by its cover. Visited Argana Hamam yesterday with friends. Welcoming and friendly staff, atmosphere and facilities were amazing. Definitely worth another vist.
