Worst Manager in Argos in UK... dismiss any concerns or faulty product returns policy. Only looking after his job security. Avoid at all cost HAYES bridge retail park. Do my shoppings in HAYES Station shop. 100% satisfaction, customer focused employers.

Terrible service. Extremely unprofessional staff. The girl working started showing attitude but had the audacity to ‘refuse to serve me’ when I reciprocated the same attitude back. Gave me the wrong product but blamed ME for not noticing. Manager completely disregarded the “customer is always right” policy.

No help whatsoever. The staff, including the Managers, needed customer service training. They maltreat people and give them bad advice—a complete waste of time. I bought the laptop, which was not fit for the purpose; I took it back and requested solutions; exchange, fix or refund. Managers who did not know about computers come with brilliant verdict "computer is fine". Then came the "expert" J abruptly with his judgment "Nothing is wrong with this computer, it is what you paid for; it's only £329.00 computer". I humbly replied, "I can go for an expensive one if it works for me." but my request was refused. Then I went online with Argos head office explained that they everything and I was issued a full refund and an apology for the treatment I had received at this store. I hope lovely people at Argos head office will take notice of this unprofessional and this casual attitude at this store. Thank you, head office and Argos Ruislip professional staff 😊🙏

Friendly staff and super helpful. Store was completely empty with ample staff on standby to manage any lines or increase in customers if required (several families were coming in as we were leaving). Two young asian men, one which was the manager were on hand to answer our questions about the product we bought and were super helpful. All in all lovely people and nice clean store

I've got to say, the service was excellent. Not the usual grunting I've received in other stores, but the staff actually care about their customers, and do you know what? I truly appreciate it! Having visited three times now, I've had help, and a smile, every time, and been made to feel that my business is welcome. All plus points for me, as I love great customer service and will sing from the roof tops about it. Equally, I'll do the same about bad service, which is always such a downer and there's just no need to do it. Well done everyone, you deserve every bit of this praise, since as a team you do a great job!
