Staff are fantastic. As someone with anxiety, I have been too scared to visit the dentist for years after a bad experience. The staff were very kind, professional and reassuring about treatment. It's put me at ease to continue appointments with this dental practice.

Not dissimilar to other reviews, i've recently left this dental practice after being unhappy with the standard/lack of service/expertise. On going to my new dentist he commented how poorly crafted a filling had been done, so much so it is actually resting on the nerve of my tooth (explaining the on/off gum jaw ache) and was shocked to discover no x-rays had been taken of my mouth.

I was lucky enough to get an appointment during these hard times, and I cannot be more pleased. I never had such a painless and thorough teeth cleaning in my life. My dentist Christina really took care of me. Totally recommended.

This place doesn't even deserve a star. After an awful experience with them as an NHS patient, who has been waiting for 2 months just to get a check-up, the "ladies" from the reception told me that they are fully booked and there is nothing they can do about it, even though the doctor presented my situation as an "emergency". They don't care about their patients, not even worth trying to go to them. Avoid them and you will not loose your time & money.

I cannot thank Dr Rammou and assistant Sheena enough for their time and advise along with their reassurance all the way throughout the process so far. After 7 long years of avoiding the dentist from a young age just due to the fact I hate needles and watching YouTube videos before hand didnt help. The time had come as I needed a Wisdom tooth extraction, a deep filling and a Root canal treatment. Dr Rammou explained step by step during the procedure making sure I was comfortable every stage. The anesthetic needle was actually pretty thin when it went in it wasn’t too bad and she didn’t rush at all to so it was painless. The extraction was straight forward also painless didn’t take long and healed well afterwards. I still got half of the root canal treatment to go but all my procedures have went smooth and pretty much pain free. Overall Very happy with the service, the receptionist are really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back from now on for regular checkups thanks to the team at Ardmillan dental practice :)
