Enhance Dental Care edinburgh

I have always dreaded going to the dentist,..... but, (big but!) Since I started seeing Lucia and Jennifer... the dread is no longer there! They make a terrific team! Their professionalism, communication, relaxed kindness & attention is second to none. Certainly for me ladies, you are doing a great job! Many thanks!! Jacqx

Been to many dentist over the years but this one is the best by far. Lucia my dentist is very friendly and proffesional. She takes the extra time to ensure your treatment is pain free. Thanks for all the great work Danny

I am only giving 1 star as the receptionist is so nice. if it wasn't 4 her it would be zero such an unprofessional place 2nd time now I have been in and told I don't have an appointment even though this was a follow up appointment 4 work I had done 2 weeks ago and may I add already paid 4 The dentist is very rude and her dental nurse well what can I say obviously adapted to her behaviours like anyone turns up to the dentist just on the off chance. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Absolutely terrible, avoid avoid avoid. Such poor customer service. I made an appointment over the phone and even phoned back to confirm the time and when I showed up was told I didn’t have an appointment! I had taken time off work to go to this and it really screwed up my day. No apology and couldn’t find my appointment anywhere on the system. Don’t trust when you phone up that you’re actually going to get an appointment. Awful.

If you're looking for a new dentist, avoid this place unless you want to be treated with contempt and overcharged. Went to SmilePlus literally half a mile away, much much better service.

5* practice, Amber is lovely on reception. Christina and Cat are very professional, taken bang on time for my appointment!!!

This dental practice has had many owners but phillipa and Jenny are now there to stay!! Couldn’t ask for a better service,they are both compassionate and empathetic, to your dental needs,I’ve been having trouble with a new dental plate and have had to book 5 appointments in total but it’s never been a problem for them. I would highly recommend this practice,really friendly girls who I actually look forward to seeing. Thankyou.
