The staff are brilliant. All of them. Friendly, professional and very helpful. They create a positive atmosphere. There is a real community feel to the place. Facilities are absolutely perfect. I even had my friend join from Salford and both staff and visitors knew her name on her first day and made her feel so welcome that she swam 22 lengths on her first day. I swam my usual half length and then had a kip in the steam room for 10 minutes. Perfect. 5 stars

3/ 5

I have tried several times, unsuccessfully, to sign onto the swimming lessons as they had been brilliant in the past. The app is unwieldy and doesn't allow me to book onto the course, despite the fact it claims there are 10 spaces. Called in just now, 16.30, to try to sort it out. There was no one on reception and no sign indicating it was closed. I hunted down a member of staff, who said reception closes at 16.00. I expalined that, as there was no sign to inform anyone of this, how was I to know. There was a young man and a woman, I think may have been his support worker, waiting ahead of me. He had been told to come in at 16.30 for an induction, only to be told that this was wrong as, guess what, they close at 16.00. Really, really unhappy with this. How hard is it to put up a sign? And how hard is it to have a functioning app? Having doubts about whether I want to bother, despite how great the lessons had been in the past.

Arcacda is highly recommended 💯
