Queue for booked appointments for so called genius. 3 or 4 apple helpers standing at the door laughing about something. And then just dispersed without doing anything. One helper decided to help someone who didn't have an appointment forever rather than directing the customer to the other queue. Randomly helping customers in the queue out of order and then to top it, just let random passers-by who didn't queue to go straight in. Awesome service for those customers but not ones who had booked online! Amazing in a very bad way.

Finally some excellent customer service. Even though Mark is a new Apple employee (only 2 weeks into the job) he was very attentive and friendly. Mark helped me with my purchases in a professional and polite way. Well Done Mark!

Amazing experience was greeted straight away and asked what help I needed was then pointed to a man called Jordan who was so helpful and who could answer every question I asked I only made a small purchase on the day but was given all the info I needed to make the decision on my MacBook upgrade couldn’t fault anything at all thanks guys.

Awesome service from the apple employees. Came to collect an apple watch, left with a lot more. Turned me into a consumer
