We were left completely satisfied with the service and product from Apex Windows. We had all of our windows and external doors replaced. The way they operate is so refreshing compared to major window suppliers. The salesman quoted us just as the prices on their website advertise, and he helped us through making the various choices. Fitting was done to a very high standard very quickly and tidily. I couldn't recommend them more!

Excellent service from sales to fitting. Sales, not pushy at all, listened and gave a very competitive price for triple glazed windows and front door. Fitting, 2 fitter turned up very good job, tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Very impressed.

Apex Windows were recommend to us by a family member, so glad they were recommended. I had several window companies give quotes, what I liked with Apex was they didn't do a sales pitch, they just quoted and there was no pressure, the quote was the cheapest of all my quotes, Tim was who quoted us. They fitted 7 windows and 2 doors in my property, fitters were friendly they were father and son, did a great job and were very tidy, cleaned up after themselves each day, showed me how to work the doors and windows. So pleased with the windows and doors and how they were fitted. There customer service after the products being installed was fantastic. I noticed something with one of the windows, called Apex windows and they just ordered another window and Martin came and fitted it today, very pleasant man and takes pride in his work and went above what he was here to do, very pleased customer would highly recommended Apex windows.

After having an awful experience with a big brand company it was a relief and a pleasure to have found Apex. Excellent service. Fantastic father and son team. Have recommended Apex to 2 of my friends and they have also been very impressed with the service.

Apex Windows were very flexible and quick to respond to my enquiry. Tim visited my property to give me a quotation. I was very impressed with his level of knowledge about the products and he was very professional indeed. The quality of the products are superb and look great. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. A very happy customer! :)

Used Apex based on a recommendation. The wait times were very long, which was to be expected due to supply issues and this was the reason given. After quote, it however took at least 6 weeks for someone to come and measure the windows and door. They then got this wrong on one of our windows, someone else turned up out of the blue to remeasure another few weeks later. On fitting day, longer than 12 weeks after initial appointment which we were advised was the wait time, the frame that had been remeasured didn't fit. The fitter also damaged our back door as he left it so that it wouldn't slot in properly. The people who came back to fit the frame that didn't fit cracked the glass resulting in someone needing to come back again. The person that came back to replace cracked glass sorted the door frame issue but the damage is done to the frame. Often had to chase up rather than get contacted with updates directly. Expressed disappointment, excuse that window size was a supplier issue but no explanation for the rest. Office staff Carol and Luke lovely to chat to, Nathan who did the original quote also nice, just a shame that no further explanation or compensation was offered despite asking when we bought 5 windows and a front door from them! Very much a these things happen response. I don't think they are a bad company, maybe everything bad happened to us, but I wouldn't be able to recommend based on our experience.

Installers arrived on time, worked quietly, and made the least amount of fuss and were clean and tidy. I'm happy with the result and would recommend. The windows did take a long time to come, but I believe that to be down solely to supply chain issues (October 2021). The communication from the Company regarding the delays was good. No complaints.

I have recently had some work done at my place by Apex Windows which involved a new front door and new cladding. I must say what a brilliant company they are and the members of the team who work there. Excellent service and extremely friendly and honest and the quality of workmanship is the best. I have had a couple of jobs completed by Apex and the team all know me as a customer and I believe that rapport and relationship is now built with them. I give them all my work and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for brilliant outstanding service. Thank you once again to the team from the directors level to the team in the office and the installers and surveyors and everyone who is part of Apex team. I am looking forward to my next project and look forward to see what magic Apex will do to transforming my property at the next phase. Thank you team.

New triple glazed windows and back door fitted. The windows are of good quality, the house feels a lot warmer with no draughts. The 2 fitters Barry and Ricky did an excellent job to a high standard, No hard selling after initial telephone call, the surveyor even fixed 2 jammed windows for me until my windows were fitted. great value for money. I would highly recommend Apex Windows
