Would not recommend. They never did return to finish off the small jobs on my conservatory such as the skirting boards. Would not provide me with an electrical certificate for the works on the conservatory. Not interested in answering my calls or emails once you have paid in full.

The team were absolutely great! Did such a good job fitting my composite door, took time and care to help throughout the process too!

Absolutely atrocious company Order door and window in July...had a promise date I’n August...did not come till September to fit...when fitted they had the wrong size dog flap fitted in...we asked for it to be redone as it was wrong....we waited for a further two months and still not complete...next they have the cheek to ask for payment saying there is nothing they can do...obviously we said no until they fix it...instead they are now saying they will remove the door after 4 months of waiting... This will be going to trading and building standards... Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this company... Very rude and are liars...bunch of COWBOYS... And in response to below... when rung to advise you have fitted an incorrect flap...response was well you ordered a small flap...this by the way on your contract states dog flap...we had to keep ringing with numerous excuses from your employees including one saying the guy who deals with this has a heart attack...then we asked you change to a half panel so you can fit a dog flap as agreed in your contract you are more eager to have the door removed...All this just before the start of winter when we have a 4 month old baby at home...highly irresponsible and callous. STAY CLEAR

Very disappointing. Mis-sold. We were sold the 'local' and 'high quality' pitch by the salesman, who noted that unlike a national company like Safestyle, they would not rush to finish the job in a day and that the company was based locally in Barton so would not need to rush away to beat motorway traffic. In actual fact, the fitters rushed to finish the job in a day and had to scoot to beat motorway traffic on the way home to Watford. We were also told that they would clean up after themselves, they did not do anything other than pick up their own tools, sheets and any larger debris - the house was a state. The actual windows and doors are of satisfactory quality, but the installation of them was abysmal. The workmen turned up in an Avis hire van which was a bit unusual. After installation, the front door and back door wouldn't shut - the front one required a flying shoulder barge to shut, the back one had a 5mm gap around the door when locked so the house was absolutely freezing as It was winter. There was major damage to the brick work on the outside of the house, the front door especially which had huge holes in the floor. Old trims were not replaced and screws were hanging out preventing windows shutting correctly. In all, there were a list of 15 issues which I called the company about, to which I was told the job was finished and the fitters would not be coming back. I was able to escalate the issue to sales director level and 8 days later the original fitters came to finish the job off, obviously giving me lots of excuses to why it wasn't done originally. They did not finish the job and we have had 4 visits from other people trying to clear up their mess. 7 months later, we are finally airtight and warm. I’ve also had to redo the silicone around the windows myself as they used cheap stuff that went mouldy and rotted away within a few months. We also found it near on impossible to get anyone to come out - excuses such as 'a high turnover of receptionists' and general blaming of each other was utterly frustrating. Now everything is complete, the house is warm and the windows are ok. However the experience of going with Kingsbourne was a negative one. Judging by the other reviews, we may be the exception but it doesn't make our sad feeling any better!

Superb experience with Kingsbourne from initial contact and quote process with Shane, through to the great job from the fitters (Kashi and Adam) who were really efficient (and were very careful around the house to keep everything clean and tidy!). Would highly recommend. Thanks guys.

We are so pleased with our windows fitted by Martin and Nathan whom were efficient, friendly and they did a very good job. We had to wait for our front door due to Covid which was fitted by Nathan, who again was very thorough, however it was well worth the wait!!! Mark in the office made everything run smoothly. Thankyou to all at Kingsbourne. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.....

Was a pleasure to have worked with Kingsbourne Windows from start to end. Very efficient all round from the sales team to installation and all adhered to Covid Regulations and guidelines. To start with, when Shane (Sales Manager) came round to give a quotation, measure up and show us the products... he was very polite, professional and not pushy at all. Told us that the decision would be ours and he would not be chasing me up for an order (a fear we all have with double glazing companies). We were very impressed with how Shane had handled us and answered all our questions professionally that we placed the order to have all the windows and a door replaced in the house. Once the order was confirmed, the company arranged for a visit to have a detailed measure up and then the order was processed. We were asked how urgently we wanted the windows fitted, and with all the Covid problems, I did tell the company that it wasn't urgent so not a huge rush. The installation team were booked in to install all the windows (12 windows and a stable door) . They were scheduled to be here for a week. They came (2 man team, father & son team) and cracked on with the work methodically. They lay down sheets on furniture and carpets to avoid a mess. As the installation was being done, we noticed that 1 window was incorrect (the wrong opening was made on the window). The installers rang the head office and the problem was handled and electrified straight away and a new replacement window with the correct opening was delivered the next day, so that the complete installation could be carried out. Installation team were great.. very polite, friendly and adhered to all the covid guideline. We offered them tea/coffee but they politely declined (due to covid). And they finished the installation in 4 days. We are very happy with the products and the installation and it has made a huge difference already. And after the installation, Shane followed up and checked in with us to make sure all was OK, checked the windows out and also bought a bouquet of flowers for my mum. Great touch. I would highly recommend Kingsbourne windows to anyone wanting new windows/doors. Very professional and competitive pricing. I had 3 quotes and Kingsboure were best in all ways, professionalism & price...
