One of the best wellness resorts that I have ever been to! Incredible facilities, warm reception, beautiful pool, spa and massage rooms. Glorious gardens. I attended the New Year retreat and have to say it was the best start to a New year that I have ever began! The food was amazing - so healthy and so fresh - keen to go back again! I am not a full vegetarian but I could live forever on their vegetarian food. Room were freshly renovated and well appointed .Reach out if you want further feedback.

We had a lovely stay at the accommodation. It was away from the city and enjoyable. The staff we encountered were all respectful, nice and polite. The foods as you can see have appropriate portions and good quality. No check in/check out hassles as you have all the information you need to get access to your room via email. It is designed for families and is kid friendly. Bathroom is spacious and has windows with generous amounts of soap/shampoo/body wash provided. Complimentary breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Really good options and varieties. Well done Team. Something we would love for the retreat to improve upon is regarding to sound proof. Rooms are not sound proof, so you can hear clearly what happened outside like people walking, talking, swimming, etc. The enforced quiet time 10 pm doesn’t really enforce as after 11pm, we still heard people swimming, laughing, talking loudly. The common area lights were bright. It was hard to sleep. I don’t know if staff noticed. Apart from that, we suggest have options for non-caffeinated teas in the room and hot/non-alcoholic drinks in the restaurant. Overall, we recommend this accommodation for a relaxing trip 👍🏼👍🏼

Had the best experience even if it was just a night stay. The food is amazing and the swing near the river is the best. The hot tub, sauna and pool very well maintained. We took the relaxation massage and it was worth it. They organised spl Easter decoration and concert too. Totally enjoyed it. Wish I can come back to stay longer.

All staff were very kind and helpful. Especially staff, Farth was very supportive. Even very early morning when we needed something, he was very kind and helped with smile. Breakfast was simple but we really enjoyed. Location is really good too, close to Jamberoo action park and rain forest. We also enjoyed swimming pool, sauna and spa.
