Facilities are superb. Really enjoyed the pool and relaxing spa. Room is clean, well furnished and comfy bed. Loved the balcony with views to beach. Didn’t have to go far for lovely fresh food and service at Milk Bar and Scampi’s. Highly recommend!🥰

Great location. We had access to a balcony which had an excellent view of the ocean and also provided wonderful ocean sounds during the night. The room and bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had access to the pool, spa and sauna during our stay which was relaxing and above what we expected. We would recommend to friends and family.

Our second stay at this property and the standard of the hotel room that we were given was very disappointing! The room was very tired, the carpet was dirty and stained. The room was in bad need of a paint and lacked any character with bare walls all round. Considering that the property advertises itself as a four star property I would highly recommend some refurbishments and upgrades to the room we stayed in! We were a bit puzzled by the fact that the room had a balcony but we were told in no uncertain terms that we could not access it! And the door was locked tightly to ensure that we couldn't!! ** I won't get into a "war of words" on the issue, but (a) I know a locked door when I come across one! (b) when I discovered it was locked I called Reception and was told I was unable to access the balcony from my room, and (c) the fact that there was no furniture out there was, in hindsight, a pretty good indication that it wasn't in use.

2/ 5

I stopped for 5 nights for work in a King Ocean View room. The fridge was so small it held virtually nothing, the freezer was iced up. The shower was great but the vanity so small and I kept hitting my elbow on the towel rail while drying my hair. The only power points were near the fridge or behind furniture at floor level. The deal breaker for me was no room service and no restaurant. The receptionist said I would probably find a Cafe in town that opened fir breakfast earlier than 7.30. The non related Cafe downstairs opened at 7.30. The noise from the communal door to 2 rooms was so bad it worked as an echo chamber The receptionist was abrupt and unhelpful. No information in the room about the hotel I finally asked another guest where the pool was. Never again. I believe the Apartments are better but wouldn't risk it. Its tired.
