Wonderful staff and amenities, excellent location. Bathrooms are a little dated but still clean and nice. Absolutely adored all the gluten free options, especially at breakfast, made a coeliacs day! Late check out on a Monday was 5pm, gave us an entire extra day. Just amazing. The whole family can't wait to go back!

Wonderful service, food was amazing and a special mention to Ya who took my food order and took the time to get what I wanted served even though it wasn't on the menu. The Chefs and catering team need all the praise 👏 the food came out quickly with flavour and love..... Wonderful Front desk was great. Cleaners were immaculate and breakfast server was Wonderful. Fantabulous resort would highly recommend staying here

Overall a great hotel! Good location near the centre and lagoon. Staff was super friendly and they had a great kids entertainment program over the Easter break. Only four points though as I think the restaurant is overpriced.

Front of house staff fantastic. Breakfast host lovely, happy and welcoming. Actually all the staff were great. Pool very inviting. Great buffet breakfast, think lunch and dinner menu could maybe be expanded somewhat. Room comfortable. Special thank you to reception. Forgot my husband 's CPAP machine in our room. Called reception who retrieved it for me and put it in a taxi and sent it to the airport where I was anxiously waiting for it. Thoroughly recommended this establishment.
