Rang and booked a room only to turn up and be told there is no accommodation. The worst place ever.

Rang and booked a room only to turn up and be told there is no accommodation. The worst place ever. Crackheads hanging around the front asking for money. Avoid at all costs. Receptionist was curt with her replies and offered no apology. Old hag needs to retire.
