Poor. Difficult to get an appointment, often difficult to even get through to reception staff on the phone. If you want to make an appointment it's a case of a doctor phoning you regarding the matter. Closed at lunch time, which would be fine if the above was managed. In certain situations, expect a wait to see a GP, unfortunately on one occasion, I had to wait for 50 minutes after my appointment to see one. Not good. You hear it all too often that the NHS is stretched, but honestly a rethink is required for this over-busy, over-occupied general health practitioners.

I use.to have such high regards for the surgery,But unfortunately this as changed .I fully understand that changes and extra precautions have been necessary But on a personal level and in my capacity as a support worker I have found it impossible to get though when calling, and many I work with have stated the same. Its no surprise that out of desperation people will obviously just turn up to make an appointment , (obviously this is definitely not a great idea) They are then forced in to having talk through and intercom about what may be very personal issues in earshot to a street full of waiting /passing people...Well at least this is what I witnessed a few weeks ago whilst passing .
