Standards have gone completely down hill... its lost its small surgery personality. Very rude staff, not willing to help people who come in looking for appointments or just help in general...

Been coming to this surgery for 49yrs and like any surgery it's got faults (every place was better in the old days) but I've had good treatment from the beginning...Totally recommend making this your surgery.

Doctors are rude. Receptionist hasn't got a clue what she is doing. Waiting more than 45 minutes for a 8.45 appointment yet people with appointments for 9.10 etc have been seen first by the same Dr. Dreadful place. I do not recommend.

I have been trying to get an appointment for two days now. I understand they can be busy and don’t have appointments available but they can at least answer the phone call and just say that they have no appointment. I have been on hold 45 mins and still no answer. Really disappointing!!!

Repeat prescriptions, mine get requested from the pharmacy as do my son in laws.....they never send anything, I've had proof that the pharmacy have requested it but the surgery always say 'we haven't received anything'. I'm disabled and rely on my medication for pain etc and my son in law has asthma!!!!!! It's an absolute joke, if I could give -5 stars I would

If I could give zero I would. I placed an important order with my home prescription order for appliances for my stoma for which was for stoma bags etc. I was expecting a delivery today but after phoning the delivery company they …they said they only received prescription today so I have to wait another 2-3.days for delivery.
