The receptionist is lovely! Online/phone E consult .it doesn't work. The Time wasted hanging on the phone you want to hang yourself with the cord if you have to listen to Mozart one more minute.unless you go to hospital its impossible these days to speak to a doctor face to face.i can't rate my review very well. The odd occasion when I have seen Doctor Andrew pottor.he does listen.he is polite.he never over prescribes.he quite a good Doctor it's hard to build a relationship up with your doctor as I mentioned you just can't get a appointment these days. The system is broken.unless it goes back to the good old days phone book see and speak to your GP then am afraid many patients like me will become sicker.many others will needlessly be hospitalised or even die.E consults should be scrapped

Every time I come to this surgery they are always extremely late. I’m currently sat here after getting a last second appoint for half 10 (which was booked at 09:40) and yet I still haven’t been seen and half an hour has already passed. I have been a member at this surgery for nearly 4 years and I don’t think they have ever been on time and I have also never been with the same Doctor. On this occasion the receptionist was polite enough but normally they’re very rude and abrupt. The doctors however are always really polite, friendly and genuinely seem like the want to help.

The worst surgery in Plymouth. Suggested to the patient with Covid-19 positive take a taxi or walk to surgery and back home. Don't care for spreading the virus. Surgery manager blamed their policy for failing provide the ambulance or other transport for patient with Covid-19.

Having been a patient for 40 years, all the doctors & staff during this period have been helpful, polite & friendly. Going back to the 1980s a patient picked up the computer in reception & threw it at the staff, this is the reason the counter partition has been in place. They have a great deal to put up with, so don't be to quick to make bad criticisms. I'M ONLY SAYING!
