The most terrible doctors I have ever been to, they misdiagnose ALL THE TIME, NEVER phone you back, NEVER even phone you for your 'phone call appointments' and are in all honesty RUDE, so uncaring and the most AWFUL doctors I have ever met! The reception team never pick up the phone and if you ask them a simple question they don't know the answer to they'll just put the phone down on you, and if you try to call back after that they'll jut ignore your calls or blame the doctor for their mistakes. AVOID.

Went to this medical centre twice and both times the doctor made inappropriate comments and gestures. Did not feel comfortable at all. On top of this, my symptoms were ignored and I was told I’m young so I’ll be fine. Would not recommend this place.

I am an energy broker. i called the medical centre to see if i can renew the contracts at a lower rate. a lady called Enida answered the call and said that they are not bothered if the prices go up as the NHS pays for it. No harm in prices going up as it doesn't come out of our pocket. if that is the attitude of the employees at the medical centre then i feel for their patients.

If could give zero stars I would! Dr Wafik Moustafa who is meant to be the GP Principal is in the wrong line of work. Doctors are meant to be caring, respectful & most importantly compassionate. Dr Mustafa did not even want to help a legally blind person. He is very unprofessional to the point that the hospital that has referred me to him will also be making a formal complaint.Very hurt & disappointed.
