I came to this hospital nearly 2 years ago and i have to say this is a clean hospital and when my GP suggested West Mid i was not keen due to travel time but now I am so impressed with the hospital and staff I am glad that i accepted. My consultant/professor diagnosed my condition and has monitored from offset and now i will be going in for an operation in June 2019, I can only praise everyone. The communication with Patients is amazing at West Mid hospital and it appears that they listen to feedback.

Really impressed with this hospital. I had surgery at a different hospital which didn’t work as planned; I then came to west Middlesex hospital and they performed the surgery perfectly and fixed the problem once and for all. I’ve been here a few times now for various reasons and I have found the hospital to be clean, well maintained, and the staff are very professional and knowledgeable.

I have been so impressed by West Middlesex University Hospital. I was recently referred by my dentist to have oral surgery. I was shocked but relieved at how quickly my surgery was scheduled! When I arrived at the day surgery department I was extremely nervous but was met with the kindest nurses who instantly made me feel at ease. The doctors, anaesthetists and nurses were all amazing, extremely efficient and whilst incredibly busy.. still made you feel they had all the time in the world for you. I could not have hoped for a better experience. Thank you all.

I had my baby, 15th month old in emergency last week twice and the doctors at your hospital didn't do nothing to check him just said that he have a cold and he will be fine, after one week of him being sick at home I did send him to another hospital and they put him an O2 and told me that he have bronchitis and anthoher infection, I am very disappointed with your work, i can't believe that someone call himself doctor and say its OK leave him to sleep and he will be fine. I don't want to think what would happen to my child if i haven't send him to another hospital, i just hope that parents will see this post and think twice before send their children in emergency at this hospital.

I normally never leave bad reviews but last night’s experience at the a&e i thought people should know. I was taken to a&e by ambulance because of my asthma, when the ambulance came i didn’t want to yo go hospital but i was extremely weak and the oxygen saturation was slightly low so ambulances insisted it’s best if they take me to hospital. The male nurse who saw got offended i wanted to see a female nurse started shouting at me. Then a doctor came to see me put me in bed but another nurse started shouting at the doctor saying it’s just asthma and they don’t need a bed. I was taken blood and put aside. I heard nurses saying she’s not struggling as much as she says while i couldn’t stop coughing and was clearly struggling to walk. The doctor discharged me saying i need to use my inhalers. I was extremely scared to go home as i couldn’t even get up the chair and they didn’t believe. I’m a 44 years was the second time i had to go to a&e because of my asthma but I’m faking it. The receptionist at a&e a blond big build lady treated me like a piece of dirt, mimicking me saying I’m lying she started accusing me of giving fake symptoms and the nurse kept humiliating me shouting in front of everyone “she doesn’t want to go home” . I was worried about my health felt extremely weak and i expected to be treated with dignity in a moment of weakness. Did we applaud for months for that encouraging the nhs!!! I don’t know if I’m allowed to put names here but i would love to. Also i watch and hear the same male nurse treating another asian woman exactly like he treated me i heard her asking him why you are shouting and say don’t shout please!!! What i saw yesterday was unacceptable, nurses and doctors arguing, nurses making fun of patients in front of other patients and staff! If you can avoid this hospital please do so. Becoming a nurse or a doctor is a choice not everyone can become doctors and nurses and not everyone should become ones. Hospital staff should learn how to treat people with dignity.
