Doctor asked me to call up and book an appointment for flu jab so this week I called and receptionist answered my request without asking me my name or date of birth , with ,flu shots for under 65s are not available until Monday please call back next week! This isn’t standard for the level of service that you get at this surgery and it is unacceptable. Why are doctors surgery’s receptionist employed who do not have the basic level of understanding their job!!!!! At least bother to ask me my age and circumstances before you decide what is good for my health and get a degree if you think you know it all

Have been coming here all my life and, most of the time, the service is very good. For example, GPs generally refer me to a consultant straight away without delay. The NHS is general, I realise is under much stress due to low employment, and delays are understandable; not the Centre's fault. In fact I have been inspired into wanting to study medicine myself, thank you NHS and staff at this Centre.

Still bad. Unable to book appointment via website. All appointments are phone appointments as and when. If you miss the phone call too bad!. Service has got worse. Wow now can't even access Patient Access app to renew medications. If I could reduce to a half star!

The worse GP ever, very rude and disrespectful staff. If you really care about yourself and your loved ones do not choose this GP at all. They do not even care about your condition and try to ignore you.

The worst Gp surgery I ever used and I wish I had read the reviews here before registering. Several errors were made by them and I had concerns around medical negligence . When I complained they refused to acknowledge the errors the GP had made. I am now using GP Direct and they are much better and more efficient.

The worst GP practice I have ever used. Since lockdown like a lot of doctors they decided to close shop. Whilst this in convenient for them, having to yell out our personal information through a small round window or onto an intercom on the street is not entirely comfortable (GDPR). The practice is not interested in the well being of it's community highlighted in a recent incident where my wife had boiling hot water splashed in her eye. When I called for help and explained the situation I was told to fill out a form and wait for a doctor to review it later in the day. I explained again the severity of the situation and pleaded for someone to look at the injury but, they were not interested in the slightest and simply said I need to fill out a form online??? I understand that it's easier to speak on the phone in some instances however, when someone comes to you needing help you do not turn them away. On this occasion I took my wife to Moorfields eye hospital on the other side of London who immediately put her into critical care. How is it an eye hospital deemed this as a critical case yet the local GP didn't even bother calling me back after completing "the online form"? My wife is not English and when she has received calls from the practice she is made to fee like an inconvenience. They are so busy rushing through to get you off the phone it's not easy to understand what they are saying. Perhaps it's time to consider another approach, as a tax payer I deal with the public everyday, hospitals have been open to the public throughout, what makes you so special..
