Excellent service from Aberdein Considine. Sold my late mum's flat with them and, from start to finish, the process was easy, straightforward and with some of the best customer service I've experienced. It was professional, efficient and there was real personal touch throughout. Thanks to Angela & Kenneth at Byres Road and Donna at Waterloo Street. After having a terrible experience with another company selling my own house last year, dealing with AC has been a dream!

The whole experience from Bryden Crearie,Theresa his secretary,Julie McMahon,Linda Watson and Kenneth Urquhart has been first class and could not be improved upon.

You will never get a reply. Had to chase the staff about a property for over a week, called upwards of 15 times, left countless voice messages no one ever returns you calls. Avoid they're very unprofessional.

Mr Bryden Crearie was very professional and experienced in his manner and ways of working. The sale of my mothers house went perfectly and he kept me well informed on all occasions. I would have no hesitation about recommending this company.

0 STARS, no one. Aberdeen Considine deserves zero stars. Please avoid this agency for lettings . Unprofessional, rude, ineffective with landlords too. Any tenant that contracted with them: try to contact landlord and explain, normally they ignore the lack of action. We did so, our landlady was fed up too, and now we have happily a direct agreement with the owner, no midle liers any more. And the same guarantees. We deeeply doubt their effectiviness in case of breach of contract. Scotland deserves a much better real state industry. Poor Abeerden city, this guys misusing the name of a glorious town! Shame, since the first visit to the agency, until the end of the tenancy with them.

We used Aberdein Considine to sell/buy our house. Gavin Crowe, Katie Russell and Lee were phenomenal! The whole process was complicated and stressful for various reasons but the team at AC were great. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Gavin and Katie were excellent at keeping us informed and we felt hugely reassured having them on our side. It was also handy that they have a number of high street offices which makes it easy to drop documents in for verification etc. I considered several other solicitors before deciding to go with AC but I am very pleased with the decision i made. I am extremely satisfied with the service that Gavin, Katie and the team at Aberdein Considine gave us.
