AA Aluminium made windows for my whole house (25 windows and doors) which were fitted by another com

AA Aluminium made windows for my whole house (25 windows and doors) which were fitted by another company (April 2018) The gaskets on many of the windows were short and in April 2019 AA Aluminium came and replaced them. Unfortunately damage was done to a frame on a shutter which had been fitted six weeks previously. The person in charge took responsibility immediately and told me to get a quote for repair which AA Aluminium would pay. Despite many calls and emails this has not been done and the damage remains. I thought that AA Aluminium were honest, such a disappointment and all for £180. Shame on you AA Aluminium If this site would allow it I would give a no star rating
