Try to cancel your membership, it’s the worst experience. I get you’re a publicly listed company, and you want to retain members to impress shareholders, but don’t do it at the cost of destroying your reputation. The way you treat customers on the way in is EQUALLY important as how you treat them on the way out.

It used to be a nice gym with plenty of classes and good instructors. Recently they cancelled many classes and terminated employment of very experienced and highly professional instructors including Dina and Kerrie. Instead they hired young and inexperienced. Equipment in the class is completely outdated as well. I won’t be continuing with this gym any longer and I’ve been a member there for 5 years.

Unfortunately even though the gym is lovely some of the staff aren’t. When ringing up to fix a problem I spoke to a person named Izzie. After being spoken to rudely on the phone multiple times, when I asked for one thing to be done they were blunt, abrupt and then hung up on me. Definitely not a great feeling to receive from someone who is “there to help you”.
