If i could give it -5 stars I would. Have been a member for years!!! I have moved away a few years ago and had continued to pay my membership. I went to the bank today and they noticed I had the membership payment coming out. So they blocked the payment and i called d2f as i walked out of the bank!!! Wow only to try doing the right thing and be spoken to so rude. The lady I spoke with I don't know her name as she didn't say, she asked me what "possessed" me to Cancel my payments throw the bank. When I pulled her up on this she told me to listen. I then spoke to her rude to see how she would control the situation that she caused to then be hung up on... I will never use or recommend this gym!!!!
