Tiffany & Co. manchester

Someone else has mentioned about being profiled. I have just been into the Manchester shop. Firstly I was ignored for at least 5 minutes, even though there were 3 staff talking to each other with pads in their hands. I left to try again later and actually said to my husband I must look like a Tiffany customer, even though all the jewellery I had on was Tiffany. I was going to treat myself to the matching necklace to my bracelet for my 50th. I returned later to be stopped by an assistant saying I would need to book an appointment, at which point I'd had enough and Tiffany's lost my custom.

Very friendly staff members. Robert helped me to get my earrings cleaned,and I also love my ring 💕💕💕💕 thank you Billy!! Tiffany is definitely worth it for it’s good service . :)

I am a frequent buyer of luxury jewellery, I know the tricks in the industry and I know when someone is profiled from their appearance and how they talk to a customer what they are advising... I feel like I was profiled as soon as I entered the store, they then talked to me rather rudely and the woman pulled the man who was talking to me to the side whatever they said between each other I do not know, all of a sudden they increased the temperature of the store, when it became too hot and implied they wanted us to leave the store in which we did as I do not want to purchase from a store like this. absolutely disgusting attitude and work ethic, I wouldn't advise to purchase from such places. !!!

Me and my bester came in yesterday to treat ourselves to a fine piece of matching jewellery each for are 50th birthdays which we missed due to lockdown plus we had been mates for 46 years , we where told we couldn't look in the counters at what we could buy due to covid but staff could bring items out to us , what is the point of that ? U choose what we would like ? No I would like to choose what I like ! Totally waste of time I'm not spending over a grand when I'd like to browse what u have in shop , total waste of a journey and walked out of the shop very dissapointed, surely covid can't get u in a shop when there's more staff than customers 🤷‍♀️ 2 other customers in the shop ! Sorry ubut you lost are custom !
