I just want to say thank you to the manager and the employee who were working on a close-shift today. After not feeling very welcomed by Chapter One's manager, I saw the difference in your customer service. The staff at Cafe Nero who served us were extremely sweet. Thank you for making the end of my day, my friend's day and my sister's birthday end well. We enjoyed your welcoming service and your helpfulness (giving us free takeout boxes - even though I asked to pay for them - after we cut my sister's birthday cake to give to friends). I was even impressed by the guy who asked us to leave because you guys were closing - he had a very polite manner, which I really appreciated. I literally never go to Cafe Nero, but I think you guys got yourself a bunch of new customers. Thank you so much. Sarah

Went into Costa next door first but queue was very long so came in here. Then I understood why the difference! Slow staff, stood chatting ignoring the fact that people were waiting. Got served and decided on takeout cos not impressed, girl slammed cup on counter without a word! Obviously won't be back

Lovely and gorgeous. Good coffee and cake. Brown tables and big lamp shades. There's a mezzanine level with toilets off. The mens toilet was 'out of order' and being a man wanting a wee I was disappointed. So I used the ladies and no one said anything.
