Starbucks Coffee manchester

I had a venti tea (2 bags) and the pumpkin spice loaf (warmed). The loaf was delicious and I always like the blend of tea Starbucks use. The staff were really friendly and didn't take too long to acknowledge customers & serve. The seating area was clean and tidy. No left over cups or plates from previous customers.

Nice coffee place in a convenient area. They usually have the needed ingredients but sometimes, due to the amount of people that go there, they don't. I tried the frozen mango iced tea and it was delicious as were most of its items. The pricing isn't exactly expensive and you get a 20p reduction if you use a recycled cup.

Cool... it is a starbucks, so lets not get whimsical here. I'm vegan and they made me a drink even with my special needs.. they must deal with vegans though, they knew what to do. I was not blown away, the mix needed some extra whisking, but I always have had to properly mix and finish hot chocs from there. Anyway, good drink, for the price of an hours labor, not bad... or is it!

Depending on the staff your gonna get either amazing service or mediocre. Always busy and you do get a lot of shoppers using the outside seating area that didnt buy from SB.

Interiors could have been better. This particular outlet isn’t very clean and tidy inside. Not expected from Starbucks.

Brilliant staff but the process seems a little odd. You pay then collect your drinks and on my last visit someone walked off with my coffee's and I had to ask where they had gone. Was corrected asap but did take 15 minutes waiting to work it out so only 4 stars

The queue was very long as always staff seemed quite slow. However the food and drinks are very tasty as always. Not enough seating also
