Brilliant service,so far so good

My letters always arrived and the staff have been efficient when I've used them to send parcels/letters. I would keep an eye on what they are charging you though as the final price can be off a few times. The store smells strongly of mold, it needs a serious clean and ventilation because your putting customers and staff at risk. I'm surprised no one has contacted the council regarding the risks of breathing in mold spores.

Absolutely terrible. I paid in a large sum of cash, which didn't hit my bank. The receipt o received was dodgy. He wouldn't provide me with cctv to prove I paid in the money, as a result I have had to let the police deal with it. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Rude family owned business, Was insulted for no reason, So I've had no choose but to not use there service, Even though it's my local post office, I have to go up the road to the precinct.

I only use this place for the ATM.

Can only assume the bad reviews of this place are from certain types of intolerant people as the man who runs this establishment is lovely, quiet and friendly. Recommended!

Store says open until 1pm on a Saturday. This is not true. I have gone at 12.30pm on a Saturday 2 weekends in a row only to be turned away by the shop owner because he closes when the mailman comes. If that is the case, then update your closing time to 12pm and stop wasting people’s time just because you can’t be bothered to work your full shift. I don’t care that the mail won’t go anywhere until Monday, your opening time is until 1pm. Either update your closing time, or have someone else cover a Saturday who WILL work the full shift and maybe not so unhelpful 2 weekends in a row. Customer service nonexistent here, doesn’t even offer alternatives, he just wants to close up and go home.
