closed on sundays but not bothered to change the opening times on signs or online. walked miles in the rain to be met with a blank look and no explanation why. Owner probably doesn't want to pay staff to work sundays.

The lady who runs this post office has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She is rude, rolls her eyes at you and is often on her mobile phone taking calls. She is unhelpful and will send people away rather than try to resolve any issues. I have experienced this only to go to another Post Office and find they can do what she states PO can't. She is very slow to work and won't think twice about stopping for a conversation with the One Stop staff whilst there is a large queue around the shop. If you want a post office that is efficient and staff who are accommodating, look elsewhere.
