First time floating. Didn't know what to expect. Well, place was spotlessly clean, host was delightful and the general ambience was calming. Once in the float pod I felt so calm and relaxed. The hour session went so fast. Had a lovely herbal tea once dressed and chilled out in the " chill out room" All I can say is wonderful from start to finish. I am hooked. Can't wait to book my next float.

Great first time experience at Floating Point in Pangbourne..loved the float which induced lovely periods of 'no thought' which I usually struggle to obtain. Definitely felt less anxious for the rest of the day. Michael was very welcoming and the tea and post float chat was just the right way to end what will definitely not be my only float session.

It is more than just a me time for relaxation, it’s a moment of self restoration where you go through a deep reconnection with your inside. Your brain/mind gets rebooted and the new version gets implemented within your entire body. After the session, you experience the renaissance and you need some time to adjust to the new path. This is a tool to help you put yourself together. Nadine
