Scott is friendly, reassuring and professional. He shares his knowledge during the treatment so that you understand the process. My back pain benefited just from the initial session. Recommended.

I had recently been suffering from stiffness and soreness at the back of my knee which was affecting my training. Scott persuaded me to try dry needling which targeted the pressure points, and then follow up with a series of stretches which together has gradually sorted the issue out and has me back in full training. Not something I would normally have considered but so glad I did now, really chuffed with the results.
