REFLEX SPINAL HEALTH – Reading

I have a 3 months old girl and since she was born she was really unsettled with a lot pain (she got reflux). So a friend recommended to the osteopath treatment and after a research I found this clinic, had 3 appointments with Beccy and my baby was completely changed. I can’t believe how good she is now. Obviously she still got reflux but she is much happier and settling much better now. I am so happy with the result and would recommend it to everyone else. Thank you Beccy ❤️

They are amazing! I had pain on my back for too many years, tried different therapies and doctors... nothing, everyone told me it was nothing or that they didn't understand what was going on with me. But this place is amazing! Thank you Zoe for listening to me and being so profesional and caring. All the staff here is amazing! I absolutely love coming to see Zoe and the team. The practice is always so accommodating and has the most lovely people to chat to. After a year and a bit I'm glad to be able to travel back here from Portsmouth. I definitely recommend a visit here.

The team at Reflex are brilliant! I used to get terrible back pain, but Andy created an effective rehab plan which really improved things and I now visit for regular adjustments which keep my back feeling great! The whole team are knowledgeable, friendly and great at what they do. Highly recommended!

I was in a bad way when I went to Reflex. Seb sorted me out over 4 weeks and I am now playing golf again. He was practical, down to earth and very effective, both in diagnosis and treatment.
