Don't Get Your Parcels Delivered Here! I had ordered a present for my dad on ebay and didn't think I would be in for when it arrived as it needed signing for so I had it delivered here. A week had passed and no sign of delivery, so I popped in to see if it had arrived and yes it had arrived days ago. However because the very rude and obnixious man I assume owns the shop was too incompitent to do his job properly I could not collect my parcel. After asking him multiple times has he scanned the parcel in to be recieved he said yes. I then had to ring eBay stood outside the shop where one of there very helpful advisors told the shop owner to do exactly what I had asked him to do... Hey presto it worked. Hours of back and fourth and putting up with rude customer service because of this man's incompetence. If I hadn't been so persistent my dad would have never recieved his birthday present. I shall not be having any parcels delivered here again as and would advise anyone else to do the same as the the customer service is atrocious.

They do not serve customers that want to play a game, I went into the shop, and I wanted to buy some games, I ended up going there, asking for a lottery ticket, and ended up going out of the shop without getting paid my winnings. I only wanted a board game. It was fortunate I didn't win. If I won, goodness knows what the shopkeeper would of thought.

I would say it is bad for business and money transfers and thinks more about the utilities of money, but a good standard shop. I would recommend elsewhere.

Great staff always willing to help & a great selection at reasonable prices , also the post is so a very convenient addition , top notch local shop ..

Post office open when the store is open, not just during normal post office hours.

Very rude member of staff (possibly the owner- an old male), been rude many times whilst visiting the shop. Can’t use the post office being made to feel you are being a burden to his day. Also did not wear a mask despite COVID rules, disgusting service. A shame because the young staff are much nicer.
