The indian girl doesn't say hi to customers. Even when you say hi to her she doesn't say hi back. She also made fun of another customer who was wheelchair bound

5/ 5

Tesco Express in York is much bigger than you first imagine from the entrance as it goes back quite some distance. It is clean, bright and well maintained with plenty of the usual items you would expect to find in a Tesco Store. There was a large wine cooler with a decent selection of 🍷 wine to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Good location with a fair range of fresh food and produce, but not a great selection and far more costly than usual Tesco stores. Ideal for convenience and grabbing food and snacks on the go though

extremely rude security staff. will not go back to this store. i bought a crate of beer and when I left a security guard followed me out and said my purchase hadn’t been approved. I told him it had and showed my ID. Another security guard then came out and accused me of not paying and made me go back inside (they wouldn’t let my boyfriend come in with me) and tried to get me to repay even though I showed them my bank statement showing I had purchased it. They took me to a broken till and said I had broken it (it wasn’t the till I had paid on). No staff were involved until a lad came over and told them I wasn’t on that till and I could go.
