Would like to say a massive Thank you to the 2 girls in store around 5 tonight 6th July I am type 1 diabetic having a hypo they let me drink some Lucozade. My machine ran out of battery life they got me replacement batteries they were so helpful excellent staff

Used to be nice friendly staff but recently gone down hill. I find recent staff rude and abrasive.

Managed to return Amazon item yesterday without problem. Today printer not working and they were not disposed to sort it out so a wasted journey and had to drive to another Hermes pickup point which did have a working label printer.

Handy for the Hermes point but a particular member of staff is very rude and impatient.
